Download the app on your phone and register to start managing your pharmacy needs wherever you are! By using the app, you are just a few taps away from our services and all the benefits of being a loyalty customer.

The app includes your electronic loyalty card, which you can scan both at the prescription counter and at the checkout. Through the app, you can also conveniently engage in a chat with either a pharmacist or cosmetologist, receive advice, and order your desired prescription medications and wellness products from our online store. As a University Pharmacy loyalty customer, you will receive numerous valuable benefits and health-promoting services every month.

The free app features the following functionalities:

• Electronic Loyalty Card:
  • Verify your loyalty by showing the QR code of your electronic customer card at the prescription counter and checkout.
• Benefits:
  • In the 'My Benefits' section, you will find your own discount coupons offering varying discounts and benefits every month.
• Campaigns:
  • Information on all our campaigns, loyalty customer offers, and discounted products.
• Chat:
  • Contact a pharmacist or cosmetologist every day from 8 am to 10 pm through our free chat, easily accessible from the speech bubble icon at the bottom right corner of the app.
• Customer Account:
  • By clicking on the symbol in the top left corner, you can access your customer account where, in addition to your loyalty customer information, you can find details of your purchases and communication preferences which you can customize. Here, you can also select your areas of interest to receive tailored benefits, offers, and messages.
  • In the account settings, you can enable or disable app notifications and choose the most convenient authentication method for opening the app.
• Services:
  • In this section, you will find convenient services that assist in your medication management and pharmacy needs, such as calculators to determine medication delivery intervals and eligibility for national health insurance coverage. The reminder feature keeps you informed when it's time to purchase your medication with national health insurance coverage. You can also set an alarm to remind you to take your medication at the right time. Additionally, you can easily order a summary of your previous prescription medication purchases through this feature.
• Store:
  • Direct access to University Pharmacy's online store to browse product information and make purchases. When using the app, you are automatically authenticated and logged in for convenient purchases like prescription medications.
• Contact Information:
